PAYMENT OPTIONS ON THE POLICY
Pay in Full
- Pay 100% of the premium upfront
- This option can be done online or by mailing a check.
Standard Financing
- Pay 30% of the premium as a down payment, and then 3 installment payments every 60 days, starting 60 days after the effective date of the policy.
- This option can be done online or by mailing a check.
Financing with ACH
- Pay 20% of the premium as a down payment, and then 9 installment payments every 30 days, starting 30 days after the effective date of the policy.
- This option can be done by mailing a check for the down payment, as well as a voided check to set up your ACH payments. From there, each installment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ON POLICY CHANGES (ENDORSEMENTS)
Pay in Full
- Endorsements that change the policy must be paid for in full at the time of the endorsement’s effective date.
- This can be done online or by mailing a check.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ON EXTENDED REPORTING ENDORSEMENTS (ERE) / TAIL COVERAGE
Pay in Full
- Pay 100% of the premium upfront
- This can be done online or by mailing a check.
ERE Financing
- Pay the premium in 3 equal installment payments every year, starting on the effective date of the endorsement.
- This can be done via mail only (NOT online).
Frequently Asked Questions
How long after I pay do I receive a policy?
- Approximately 24 hours after your payment is received, we will issue your policy. You will receive an email notification stating your policy will be available online through the portal or mailed to you, depending on the preference indicated on your application.
