Pay in Full

PAYMENT PLANS FOR YOUR POLICY
Pay in Full
- Pay 100% of the premium upfront

Standard Installments
- Pay 20% of the premium as a down payment, and then you will be invoiced for four installments of 20% of the total premium are due 60 days apart.

ACH (Bank Draft) Installments
- Pay 20% of the premium as a down payment, and then four installments of 20% of the total premium every 60 days will be withdrawn automatically from your bank account, starting 60 days after the effective date of the policy.
- This option can be done by mailing a check for the down payment and including a voided check to set up your ACH payments. These withdrawals are made automatically and on the schedule sent by OAMIC upon selection of this option.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR POLICY CHANGES (ENDORSEMENTS)
For Policies Paid in Full
- For endorsements that increase a premium that was originally paid in full, the endorsement must be paid for in full at the time of the endorsement’s effective date.
- This can be done online or by mailing a check.
- A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit/debit card payments made online or by phone. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by check or online e-check.
For Policies Paid by Installment
- For endorsements that increase a premium that is still being paid with installments, the cost of the endorsement will be divided equally among and added to the remaining installments that have not yet been invoiced.
- For endorsements that increase a premium after installments have been fully paid (either due to early payoff or completion of all scheduled installments), the endorsement must be paid for in full at the time of the endorsement’s effective date. This can be done online or by mailing a check.
- A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit/debit card payments made online or by phone. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by check or online e-check.
For Policy Changes that Reduce Your Premium
- For endorsements that lower a premium that has been fully paid, either paid in full or whose installments have been completed, your pro rata return will be issued via refund check.
- For endorsements that lower a premium that is still being paid with installments, your pro rata will be divided equally among and deducted from the remaining installments that have not yet been invoiced. If the pro rata exceeds the remaining balance due, it will be applied to the remaining premium balance and the remainder will be issued via refund check.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR EXTENDED REPORTING ENDORSEMENTS (ERE) / TAIL COVERAGE
Pay in Full
- Pay 100% of the premium upfront
- This can be done online or by mailing a check.
- A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit/debit card payments online or by phone. No convenience fee is applied to payments made by check or online e-check.
ERE Financing
- Pay the premium in 3 equal installment payments every year, starting on the effective date of the endorsement.
- This can be done via mail only (NOT online).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long after I pay do I receive a policy?
Approximately 24 hours after your payment is received, we will issue your policy. You will receive an email notification stating your policy will be available online through the portal or mailed to you, depending on the preference indicated on your application.
