Dividend News -2010

A very strong 4th Quarter added to an already very good financial year in 2010. As a result, OAMIC’s 17th consecutive dividend was one of the largest paid. The 2010 dividend of $1,894,948 represented 27% of the earned premium on policies with limits up to 1Mil/1Mil and equated to 93% of the net income before taxes.

Sharing the financial results with the Company’s policyholders/owners is a unique opportunity and certainly a major goal each year.

OAMIC Welcomes Richard Nix to the Board. (04/05/2011)

Richard Nix, current managing director of McAfee Taft, was elected by the Directors to fill an opening on the OAMIC Board. His corporate law experience and work with many well known companies across the State will add to the Board greatly.
